Healthy Meals for Front Line Health Care Workers

My friend Mariellen Giordano is organizing a fundraiser for front line health care workers.

This all started with a conversation between the two of us, where I was upset that some of our MDs were eating nothing but pop-tarts and ramen noodles.

I went through the available food I had in my kitchen, and I was able to deliver over a dozen boxed meals to our Palliative Care Team at Mount Sinai-Beth Israel. They in turn, shared the balance of the available meals to nursing staff that have been their right arms through out all of this.

I would like to continue showing our love for our health care workers, by continuing to give them love and comfort.....and no pop-tarts!
